I have found an interesting blog, from a musician ( identified just as Josh), who is embarking on a research project in which he'll be studying visual representations of jazz in animated film.
I liked a lot the opinions expressed on his posts, and found it interesting to read about animation from a non-animator point of view.Among his posts, there is a very cool one about one of my all-time favorite shorts: Three Little Bops, directed by Friz Freleng in 1957.
If you like both animation and jazz, now you have a new link for your bookmarks.
(The link on "Three Little Bops" now points to the YouTube video. Thanks a lot, Kernon!)
